Private 1 hour sessions designed for your personal fitness goals/needs. These include mobility work, strength training, cardiovascular training, and flexibility development. Small group sessions of up to 4 also available.
- 1 on 1 training: $60 per session
- 2 on 1 training: $30 per person
- Small Group (3-4): $25 per person
Small group Full Body Training Sessions (1 hour) offered every weekday morning.

1 hour sessions designed for your personal fitness goals/needs administered virtually on Zoom. Workout from the comfort of your home or gym, while still getting direct feedback from a professional coach. Training will be designed using whatever equipment you have available. Group calls also available for small groups wanting to train together virtually.
- 1 on 1 training: $60 per session
- 2 on 1 training: $30 per person
- Small Group (3-4): $25 per person
Exercise Programs that can be done in your gym, on your own time. These are administered via the Teambuildr app. The app includes your exercises, reps/sets, exercise form demo videos/descriptions, and progress tracking.
-Programs can be designed personally for you to meet your goals/needs while using the equipment you have available ($100 per month)
-Generic programs also available for purchase. They are created to improve overall fitness with mobility work, strength/cardio training, and flexibility development ($50 per month)
