Jake Malik CSCS, CPT

Owner/Strength Coach


Jake is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with over 6 years of experience personal training. He also serves as part of the Ohio State Wexner Sports Performance team serving as an outreach strength and conditioning coach for local area high schools including Thomas Worthington. Jake is a 2020 graduate of Otterbein University, earning a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, with a minor in Nutrition.  He is passionate about long term health and fitness, and helping his clients meet their personal goals. As a former collegiate lacrosse player, jake also enjoys working with athletes. of all levels. He has worked as a strength coach in a team setting (Olentangy Liberty), and in a private sector gym setting as well. He also served as a strength and conditioning intern for the Columbus Blue Jackets. 

Kayle Tanner CPT

Personal Trainer/Group Exercise Instructor 


Kayle is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Total Parkinsons Trainer. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, earning a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Kayle is very passionate about health and fitness, and it‘s ability to prevent and protect the body against chronic illness and improve overall wellbeing. She believes that exercise should be fun and enjoyable as it is a celebration of what you can push yourself to achieve!

Jarrod Setliff

Strength Coach


Jarrod is a former All-American Wrestler at Otterbein University. He is an athletic conditioning specialist at OSU Wexner Medical Center with over 4 years of experience coaching. He has experience working with all ages of clients ranging from youth,  middle school, high school, college, and adult fitness athletes. He also has experience coaching wrestling in the private sector. Jarrod‘s main focus of training is weightlifting to build strength, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness. He focuses on teaching proper lifting technique/form to improve results and prevent injuries.
