These sessions are designed to get your athlete ready for the demands of high school sports. While we still emphasize general movement skills, we take it a step further by teaching all of the major lifting exercises the right way.

-How to Set Up & Spot Safely

Most high school athletes lift with their teams - and they should! But big group sessions often leave gaps. That's where we come in.

-Checking and correcting exercise form
-Adding prehab drills tailored to each athlete
-Implementing speed & agility work
-Answering questions and building confidence
